Bridges

Dental bridges are restorations used to replace one or more missing teeth by joining them permanently to adjacent teeth or dental implants. A bridge is made up of two crowns for the teeth on either side of the gap and a false tooth/teeth in between.

Dentures and Partial Dentures

Routine exams are a key component to maintaining your oral health.  During an oral exam our dental team will check the health of your entire mouth including your Partial and full dentures are a removable prosthetic device used to replace missing teeth. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain. Both full and partial dentures can also be anchored by dental implants for added support and retention.

Dental Implants

Implants can replace one or more teeth, provide support for a partial denture, or be used to attach a full denture. Implants have become the most predictable way to restore missing teeth and are often the treatment of choice.

Root Canals

A root canal treatment is used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. Root canal procedures are performed when the nerve of the tooth becomes infected or the pulp becomes damaged. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. Following root canal treatment the tooth is usually restored with a crown.

Crowns

You may need a crown to cover a tooth to help restore it to its normal shape, size and functionality. A crown can make your tooth stronger and improve its appearance.

A crown can help strengthen a tooth with a large filling when there isn’t enough tooth remaining to hold the filling. Crowns can also be used to attach bridges, protect a weak tooth from breaking or restore one that’s already broken. A crown is a good way to cover teeth that are discolored or badly shaped. It’s also used to cover a dental implant and protect a tooth after a root canal.

Fillings

If you have never had a cavity, congratulations! If you have had one, you are not alone. The time-tested treatment for cavities is a dental filling. Fillings are used to restore decayed or broken teeth. When you need a dental filling, you have many choices. But since different types of fillings are better for different dental conditions, LetterSperber Dentistry will help you decide which type of filling is right for you based on factors including the location and severity of the decay, the cost of the filling, and your insurance coverage.
